In the years I have been teaching and making relaxation tapes I have written many scripts which I would like to share with others in the field. These scripts are designed to elicit information from the subconscious through a process called receptive visualization, as well as provide direct suggestions.

Each script is approximately 25-30 minutes in length when combined with the progressive relaxation script with the exception of the past life regression script. In teaching a class I often allow time for discussion of the topic then guide the class into a relaxed state to gain insight and make changes. After the process I provide paper, pens, crayons, colored pencils, etc. for the students who wish to record their experience.

Each class ends with a discussion of their experience. I have successfully used these scripts with groups and on tapes since 1989. Each one has been "field tested." If you would like to record self hypnosis tapes/CD for your clients or to sell commercially, you may purchase the royalty free option. I trust that they will be useful to you and your clients as you explore the fascinating dimensions of the mind.

Many of the scripts in volume II are based on ideas from Dan Millman's book, The Life You Were Born to Live: A Guide to Finding Your Life Purpose. This book has been extremely useful both in working with private clients and in classes. I recommend it highly.
