_________________________________________ (the buyer) has purchased a copy of the Instructor's Manual: Self Hypnosis Training which authorizes him/her to make unlimited copies of all HANDOUTS & EXERCISES contained therein for his/her exclusive use in teaching this workshop or working with private clients.

The original buyer also has the exclusive right to personally record all SCRIPTS contained therein for his/her exclusive sales in this workshop, sales to private clients and commercial sales.

This License Agreement is not assignable and any violation of this agreement will automatically render this License invalid.
