I
picked the quote above because it somewhat fits with our
topic this month. However, with hypnosis, we CAN go back
and create a new beginning. That's an amazing truth
about the subconscious mind-- it doesn't know the
difference between internal (imagination) and external
(so called reality).
At the beginning of any year, many of us list our New
Year's Resolutions. We're fired up and ready to change!
Do you ever fall short of completing your list? What
could we do differently this year to make the changes
stick? And does it really matter anyway? I think it
matters more this year than it has for awhile. We are
moving into a 9 year in 2007. The Nine year is about
endings and clearing out the deadwood in our lives. Not
only in our personal lives but also in governments,
business and social organizations. It's important to
clear out that which no longer
serves us to make room for the new beginnings that will
be apparent in 2008.
Let's focus on what we can do personally. First, make a
list of all the stressed or weakened areas of your life
and become willing to release them. Sometimes, just
setting your intention is enough. Take some time to
analyze your list. Once you release this stressed or
weakened part, what could you place into that void?
Spend 15 minutes every day working on your list. Write
positive statements about your changes. Next, visualize
yourself with these changes. Be excited about them!
Emotion is an important part of manifesting.
I'll give you an example. I am currently selling my home
so that I can purchase a larger home that will serve as
my home/office/school. Although I am excited about the
new home, the first step in this process is to sell my
home. I have a song and dance that I will perform for
anyone, anytime and I feel tremendous excitement about
my home being sold. My friends are all asking, "You've
already sold your home?" Yes and no. At an energetic
level, absolutely yes! Has it manifested in the
physical? Not yet, but I KNOW that it will.
Start today and create the life you want and deserve!
