|
Life is shifting rapidly right now so I thought that it might
be a good time to look at our priorities. The
old forms are breaking apart and we're being
asked to adapt very quickly. I believe that we
can rise to the challenge. My appointment book
is filled right now because people are making
healing their inner world and their connection
to Source a higher priority than ever before.
So I would like you to consider this: what
connects you to a feeling of inner peace and
wellbeing? If you're caught up in the global
fears, how do you release your fears and move
back to a space of trust? I believe that it
takes daily practice to maintain a deep sense of
faith and trust and that by committing to our
inner life and valuing our own divine essence we
will move beyond our current paradigm and arrive
on the other side of our curent turmoil with a
new consciousness.
Meditation is time honored way to stay centered
in our truth. And, as the exercise below shows,
reverse meditation can help us to clear the
body/mind to enjoy better rest.
"Reverse Meditation." The history of this
process goes back 1000 years to the Knights
Templar.
The process is done 15 minutes before going to bed. Find a
quiet space, get comfortable, relaxed and rewind
the day’s tape.
Example: Play in your mind from that moment back
to when you awoke that morning, your entire day.
As each event unfolds ask yourself:
1. Is this resolved?
2. Is there anything I can do about it now?
3. If not, when? Tomorrow? If so, acknowledge that thought
and let it go.
4. Keep rewinding the tape going from event to event, gaining
acknowledgment that there is nothing that can be
done now, so let it go.
5. The tape goes back until the moment you awoke that
morning. By now you have cleared your mind from
the daily clutter and should be rested and ready
for a good night’s sleep with no evidence of
restlessness. |

Medical Hypnotherapy Training: Adv. Pain Techniques |

Pain has a significant impact upon American
society and our health care system. Pain is the
most common reason Americans seek medical care.
It is estimated that 90% of Americans regularly
experience pain and 70-100 million or more
Americans have persistent (chronic) pain. Yet,
half of all patients given conventional therapy
for their pain do not get adequate relief. These
patients continue to feel moderate to severe
pain.
However, it is estimated that only about 30-35%
of people can develop glove anesthesia. And, in
conditions such as fibromyalgia where the
patient has wide spread pain, glove anesthesia
is ineffective. This class teaches numerous
advanced pain control techniques to relieve
moderate to severe pain, to quickly and covertly
release secondary gain and to prevent pain from
returning. Many of these techniques, such as the
Migraine Manager, can be done in 5 minutes or
less. This makes them ideal for use in hospitals
or emergency situations.
These are unique techniques that you will not
see anywhere else. This is pain control on
steroids!

Self Hypnosis for Teen & Adults |

Self hypnosis is a powerful tool that can enrich your life
immensely. You can learn to modify behaviors,
alter your physical health, reduce stress and
attract positive changes. Who wouldn't want

You will learn the basics of self hypnosis, how to take
yourself into hypnosis, as well as the most
effective way to word your desired results. When
