Adaptating to Change |
|
I watched a Gregg Braden video recently about the changes
happening in the world. In it he talks about
adapting from within to match the changes in the
physical world. Wouldn't it be nice to be like
the chameleon and automatically change in
response to the outer world. Of course, the
chameleon changes its outer color and we need to
change our internal response. And we do have the
tools to accomplish that: meditation, self
hypnosis, EFT, NLP, and even yoga as we make
better decisions when we feel calm and still
within.
Can you imagine what the world would be like if
everyone used some method to step back and calm
themselves down before responding? Of course,
I'm writing about this today because I reacted
yesterday to an event in a less than ideal way.
In the end I felt put upon and upset and not the
least empowered. And as I share this with all of
you I'm wondering how I could respond to a
similar situation in the future. And there's
another way to alter the future: journaling.
If I do nothing between now and that future
opportunity, nothing will change. So today I'm
committing to take steps to uncover exactly how
I want to respond to these occurrences in our
everyday life. Because I do know that I will be
tested again! |

Hypnotherapy Training |

With the
downward shift in the economy this is a great
time to learn a new skill. Hypnotherapy offers
several options: You can begin a new, full time,
satisfying career in a helping profession, add
skills to your current career making your

Course meets qualifications for 16 hours per
weekend of continuing education credit for MFCCs
and/or LCSWs as required by the California Board
of Behavioral Sciences. PCCE #4228. Provider
approved by the Califorinia Board of Registered
Nursing, BRN #15240 for 12 contact hours per
weekend. (additional charge for CE certificate)
