Benefits to participants
-
Release emotional baggage painlessly.
-
Save money: a 60 minute session is normally $125. Study
participants pay only $60.
-
Enjoy stress reduction, which is a side benefit of experiencing
hypnosis.
What you will experience in your session
You will be guided into a state of hypnosis and hear a story,
then be re-alerted to your normal state of awareness. Although
you are able to speak and respond during a hypnotherapy session,
for this study you can simply relax and listen.
You will remember everything that you experience unless your
conscious mind drifts off. Your subconscious mind continues to
record everything and act upon the imagery. Fifteen minutes of
hypnosis equals an hour of deep, restful sleep so you will feel
rested and refreshed from your session and easily able to
function normally and drive yourself home.
